Joe McCain said it best. The Jews will not go quietly again. A simple statement, preceded by a well-spoken support of what the Jews are, what we have been and what (at least) some will be if it becomes necessary for Israel to fight against the Arab forces of the Middle Eastern nations. I have myself often made the statement before (many times), ‘Israel will turn Iran (and their associates) into a parking lot.’ Enough is enough, after all, and Israel has been more than willing to support the willing to support the desires of its allies in the United States of America in trying to make peace with the Arabs.
But that is not what the Arabs want. Once again a race of (irrational) intolerant, and ignorant anti-Semites is attempting to destroy Israel, and through that destruction, to destroy Judaism itself. Not all of the Jews are in Israel, though… There are Jews in the United States (for one).
Not that all of them act the part, in my opinion (at least).
Many (Reform) Jews in the United States wag their fingers at the Arabs in the Middle East (be they terrorists or no) when they verbally spit on the Israeli Jews. They shake their heads sadly when those same people blow themselves up to kill innocents in Jerusalem and Tel Aviv (to give an example), but they make no attempt to stop it from happening again.
They seem to think that talking will solve the problem. As has been said many times before, ignorance is bliss. When dealing with fanatics, there is no benefit to speech because they will not listen. Say whatever you like. They have no desire to stop killing anyone who is not part of their ‘group’. That even means other Arabs, in some cases.
With the Israelis, however, they are dealing with an entirely different animal. The Israelis are far more a danger to them than they realize, because they will have no qualms, if it becomes necessary, in turning the rest of the Middle East into a sheet of glass on the Earth. They will give the Arabs what for, and then some.
Now, however, in some sense, they have another enemy to deal with – a verbal enemy. A hypocritical enemy… one that thinks it has the best interests of Israel in mind. And no, I’m not referring to the United States. I’m referring to the (ignorant) Jews of the United States who choose to ignore the blatant hatred of these (ultimate) anti-Semites.
I understand the desire for peace. That want is in many of us – a desire to have our families live in a world of safety. Unfortunately, that will (likely) never happen as long as the people of the United States, Jewish and otherwise, stand divided.
Once, the United States stood as (undoubtedly) the strongest nation on this Earth. We stood against the blitzkrieg of the Nazis, and after that, the might of the Soviet Union. Our nation had such strength, indeed, that we stood and watched as the Soviet Union fell, and the nations that were part of it began their ‘first steps’ toward freedom.
We stood by the Israelis through the first days after the Founding Day, and we watched with pride (both the Jews and Non-Jews) as Israel beat back the Egyptians, Syrians, Jordanians as well as their numerous allies. It is an event referred to by the Arabs as ‘an-Naksah’ (The Setback). Countless soldiers pounded against the ‘walls’ of the Israeli Defence Force, and the IDF was able to throw them back. One small nation against many, and yet they stood strong.
Since then, on multiple occasions, the nations of the Arab Middle East have supported attacks against Israel, and for a long time, the United States, even as it attempted to promote peace, still stood beside the Israelis, condemning the behavior of those it defended itself against.
Now, however, the situation has changed. The United States, under a more ‘liberal’ government front, wants to force Israel to give a nation to a people who only exist (the Palestinians) because the British needed a border against the Arab nations. As the Palestinians (once the PLO, although I doubt its ‘former members’ have given up the fight) continue to spit on Israel, we do nothing as they kill innocent Israelis and we would condemn any actions taken by the Israelis to stop the violence.
But I turn to another (related) subject. The behavior of the people of the United States in this matter and otherwise related matters. Unlike what the U.N. (and the Liberals of the United States, Democrat and otherwise) would have us believe, support for our nation (as well as its associate nations) is not something that comes and goes in fleeting moments (depending on the political ‘need’), but something we should feel with our minds, hearts and souls. Some of us have no idea of just how blessed we are to live in a country that gives us the freedoms we have. None at all.
For example, we can speak against our government without fear of being taken from our homes by its agents (and harmed, despite what the wild-eyed Leftist extremes would have you believe) or censored. Yet we are preparing to put a man in to the highest office in our country who would take away our right to speak out if our views disagree with theirs.
And one of those views is our belief that Israel has the right to stand against the Arabs. We believe they should ‘come to the table’, as it were, and make concessions to the Arabs… but I will say once again what I have said before… the Arabs will accept nothing less than the utter obliteration of the nation of Israel, and the death of every supporter.
With what is happening now, however, I will say this. I must agree with Joe McCain’s statements of 2002. If we reach the point that a new Holocaust faces Israel, the people of that mighty nation will do whatever is necessary to ensure their survival, regardless of whether the U.N., the United States and any other major powers on this Earth think of their actions. There will be no moderation, this time. Once, the Jews beat back the Arabs, and let them live.
Should it become necessary to take such action again, this time the Middle East will find out precisely what the Jews are capable of, because the Jews will not fall without a fight, not ever again, no matter the price.
